Nueva presidenta latina de ALA

Por primera vez en la historia se eligio a Camila Alire como nueva presidenta de la American Library Association. Es un honor para la comunidad latinoamerica en contar con dicha representación. Por nuestra parte felicidades a nuestra presidenta.

My Dearest Reforma Friends --
We did it!! As the new ALA president-elect and the first ever Latina/o to serve in that capacity (!), I can't thank you enough for all your help in this election. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! For those of you, young Reformistas, know that I "grew up" in Reforma and developed
my leadership skills through Reforma. I have so much to be thankful for relative
to Reforma. I look forward to continue working with all of you and others.
